TERMS & CONDITIONS COMPETITION

The organizer of this sales promotion is KTM Sportmotorcycle GmbH, Stallhofnerstraße 3, 5230 Mattighofen, Austria (hereinafter referred to as “KTM”).

2. Eligibility
Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older who are legally resident in countries where such promotions are permitted by law.
To be eligible, participants must:
• Purchase a brand-new KTM ADVENTURE or KTM DUAL SPORT motorcycle
• The motorcycle may be any model year
• The motorcycle must be brand new (not used, not registered previously)
• The motorcycle must be purchased from an official, authorized KTM dealership
• The purchase must occur during the promotion period
Employees of KTM, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agencies, participating partners, and their immediate family members, as well as anyone professionally involved in the promotion, are excluded from participation.
Participating Rules:
Participants who provide false, misleading, incomplete, or inaccurate personal information will be excluded. Any attempt to manipulate the entry process or violate these Terms & Conditions may result in disqualification. KTM reserves the right to exclude participants retrospectively and reclaim any prize already awarded.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion runs from March 16, 2026 (00:00 CET) through May 10, 2026 (23:59 CET).
Purchases or entries made outside this period are not eligible.
4. Entry Requirements
Purchase alone does NOT constitute entry.
To enter the competition, participants must:

Purchase a brand-new KTM ADVENTURE or DUAL SPORT motorcycle from an official KTM dealer during the promotion period; and

Complete the official online entry form available on the Ultimate Erzberg Experience landing page during the promotion period.
Only participants who successfully submit the online entry form will be entered into the draw.
Participants must complete all required fields in the form, including accurate personal information and vehicle details, to allow KTM to verify eligibility.
KTM reserves the right to request proof of purchase, VIN details, or dealer documentation at any time.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Prizes & Winner Selection
Winner Selection
• Three (3) winners will be selected
• Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries
• A random generator will be used to determine the winners
• The draw will take place after the promotion period has ended
Each winner may bring one (1) guest.
Prize Package (per winner)
Each winner will receive:
• 2x VIP Gold Passes to Red Bull Erzbergrodeo (these are x2 single day VIP passes)
• Erzberg weekend ticket (x2)
• Option to race the Prologue on a KTM 390 ADVENTURE R, subject to motorcycle availability
• Helicopter stunt ride over the Erzberg mine
• Factory Rider Meet & Greet
• KTM Erzberg motorcycle tour
• VIP 4x4 Erzberg tour
• Apartment accommodation for the full duration of the event (for two people)
Accommodation Notice:
Each winner will receive one apartment suitable for two people. KTM cannot guarantee separate bedrooms or separate beds.
6. Prologue Participation Disclaimer
Participation in the Erzberg Prologue is completely optional.
No winner is required or obligated to participate in the Prologue or in any competitive riding activity as part of accepting the prize.
If a winner voluntarily chooses to participate in the Prologue:
• The winner must meet all requirements set by the event organizers
• Final approval to participate lies solely with the event organizers, not KTM
• The winner must sign all required waivers, releases, and disclaimers issued by KTM and/or the event organizers prior to participation
By electing to participate, the winner acknowledges and agrees that:
• Participation is entirely at the winner’s own risk
• The winner is solely responsible and liable for any injury, accident, damage, or loss of any kind sustained during the Prologue and/or during the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo event weekend
• KTM shall not be held responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from or in connection with participation in the Prologue or related activities
KTM does not guarantee eligibility or acceptance to participate in the Prologue and assumes no responsibility if a winner is unable or unwilling to participate for any reason.
7. Travel Disclaimer
Travel to and from Erzberg, Austria is not included.
Winners and their guests are solely responsible for arranging and covering all travel expenses to and from the event location, including but not limited to flights, transfers, visas, insurance, and personal expenses, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided in the entry form.
If a selected winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days, or fails to confirm acceptance of the prize, KTM reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. Early Termination or Modification
KTM reserves the right to cancel, amend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice if technical, legal, or operational reasons prevent proper execution.
No legal claims may be derived from such changes.
10. Data Protection (GDPR)
Personal data will be processed by KTM solely for the administration of the promotion, verification of eligibility, and winner communication, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

11. Media Rights
By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in photo and video recordings during the event.
These materials may be used by KTM and its partners for marketing and promotional purposes across all media channels without additional compensation.
Consent may be revoked in writing for future use.
12. Liability
KTM is liable only for intentional or grossly negligent conduct. In cases of minor negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages.
This limitation does not apply to injury to life, body, or health.
13. Miscellaneous
This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
The promotion is governed by Austrian law, excluding conflict of law rules. Legal recourse is excluded.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Legal Eligibility by Country
Participation is open only to residents of countries where such promotions are legally permitted.
Eligibility is limited to residents of European countries, including EU member states, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, and Switzerland, subject to local laws.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable laws in their country of residence.
KTM reserves the right to exclude participants from jurisdictions where participation is not legally permitted.
15. Winner Guest / +1
Each winner is permitted to bring one (1) guest (“+1”) as part of the prize package.
The winner is solely responsible for deciding whether to bring a guest and must notify KTM of their chosen guest within five (5) calendar days of being informed that they have been selected as a winner. Failure to provide guest details within this timeframe may result in KTM proceeding without a guest allocation.
The guest is not automatically entitled to participate in the Erzberg Prologue.
If the winner elects not to participate in the Prologue, the guest may participate only if:
• The winner expressly designates the guest as the Prologue participant
• The event organizers approve the guest’s participation
• The guest meets all participation requirements set by the event organizers
Under no circumstances may both the winner and the guest participate in the Prologue.
Accordingly, only one (1) individual per prize package—either the winner or the designated guest—may participate in the Prologue.
Any individual participating in the Prologue (whether the winner or the guest):
• Must possess sufficient motorcycle riding experience and skills to safely participate
• Must sign all required waivers, releases, and disclaimers issued by KTM and/or the event organizers
• Must comply fully with all event rules and requirements
• Participates entirely at their own risk and is subject to all provisions set forth in Section 6 (Prologue Participation Disclaimer)
KTM assumes no responsibility or liability for injuries, accidents, damages, or losses incurred by the guest during the Prologue or during the Red Bull Erzbergrodeo event weekend.
